We are a bunch of strategy and creative nutcases. We love to develop keen, insightful strategy before we jump into creative. And these are some of the folks that help us do it.
creative director, partner
Since his first days as a jr. copywriter in NYC writing fragrance and liquor ads, James worked at some great shops like DDB, Temerlin and 22squared. Along the way, he’s built award winning brand campaigns for clients such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Lincoln Financial Group, Publix Supermarkets, The Tampa Bay Lightning, Toyota, PODS and Celebrity Cruises. His work has been recognized by prestigious award shows that range from The Effies and The One Show for Art & Copy to Communication Arts and national Addys. Away from work, James has 3 wonderful kids, a woman he feels lucky to have as his wife and a 90 lb. pure white golden retriever named Otis. He’s also accumulated 2 broken noses and roughly 44 stitches in his face playing ice hockey. Just not all at once. Stitches update (8/10/15: 25 more=69 stitches now!)

As the former Sr. VP of marketing for Front Burner Brands, Cindy was directly responsible for overseeing the full-service and fast-casual national restaurants, Grillsmith, Burger 21 and The Melting Pot. Prior to joining Front Burner, she was a Sr. VP for 22squared where she managed clients like Shoe Carnival and Publix Super Markets by developing branding, traffic and sales-driving campaigns. Cindy has also managed accounts such as McDonald’s, Dollar Rent-A-Car and Melitta Coffee by creating custom promotions and programs that translated national advertising into local store marketing. She brings over 25 years of leadership across retail, integrated advertising and marketing platforms. Cindy and her husband, are the proud parents of a beautiful little girl named Olivia.
Over the course of Joel’s 16-year career in advertising, he’s helped create brand-building, award-winning, multi-channel advertising campaigns for companies both large and small. Pretty darn impressive ones too. Like the Pacifico, Negra Modelo, and Tsingtao beer accounts, Goodyear Tires, Caesars Palace, Stainmaster, The American Legacy Foundation, Norwegian Cruise Line, Southwest Airlines, Dunkin’ Donuts, Tyco, and the Boston Globe. Joel’s also been an instructor for young talent at The Creative Circus and also loves himself some good ‘ol, down home BBQ. In fact, he created and still operates JoeBob’s BBQ as the head pitmaster. A kosher BBQ company he founded as a way to give back to the community. Partial proceeds from every sale goes towards a very personal cause he believes in. Joel is married with 2 beautiful girls that keep his life as busy as ever.
DIRECTOR OF IMAGING
There are 4 things Dave loves most in life. Family, photography, food and hockey. That probably explains why from the moment he bought his first Nikon FA 20 years ago, he’s enjoyed every still and video shoot he’s done for both lifestyle and food. And why he has a collection of 57 vintage cameras. Either that or he is one major league hoarder. Whatever the case, Dave has worked with fantastic clients like Publix Supermarkets, Boar’s Head, Florida’s Natural, Met-Rx, Marriott, Toyota, Hyundai and Iberostar Resorts. And yes, he loves to play ice hockey. Fortunately he still has all his teeth so he can enjoy the food he shoots. He just waits until the shoot is over.
Director of Content Media
At age 16, Will was doing web design and flash animation for clients, equipping him for his next job. Unfortunately, it did not equip him with the fine art of interviewing. After failing the interview process 3 times, it paid off and he became a full-time editor and motion graphics artist that lead to his work clients like the Tampa Bay Lightning, Buffalo Wild Wings, Publix, Shoe Carnival and American Standard. He brings years of working on production sets in L.A, award-winning agencies, and post-production studios across the U.S. He specializes in Motion Graphics, Design, Video Editing, Photo Retouching, 3D Art, 2D Motion and Film Production for EraserFarm.
Senior Account Executive
Just when she thought she was changing careers to be a stay at home mom, Shannon’s passion for Marketing kept calling her name. Not literally. That’d be kind of creepy. Her 10 + years of marketing experience has spanned over many fields in tons of industries. She developed marketing efforts at Lifepath Hospice and marketed industrial metals for architectural applications at McNichols Company, finally, honing her skills for Local Marketing at Medi-Weightloss Clinics and The Melting Pot. Being a 3rd generation Tampanian (yes, that’s a real word), Shannon loves that she and her husband are raising their three precious daughters Remy, Tessa and Haley in this magnificent city called Tampania. Okay, that word is made up.
